Mind Clutter
Some days it is all we can do to keep moving forward...seems like everything we touch and no matter what we cannot seam to get the day turned around. Almost as if a dark cloud is following you around? Well I would like to call that "Mind Clutter"! and the only way to survive it is to make daily conscience decisions to. It is not easy to stay upbeat and positive day in and day out and those that seem to do it effortlessly are the ones that have either one....been born with that gift or two...they have practiced and retrained their minds. Essentially it is like this...what you think about comes about..and we have all heard that before. But here is the thing...it is true! So the next time you feel like everything is unraveling around you...take a moment, take a deep breath and put something into your mind that is pleasant or see you day as you would like for it to be and meditate for a moment...change your personal gps, and watch your day turn around. Now you may have to do this several times in a day...it's worth it! Make time for a personal "time out". Everybody benefits!

Taking the first step.....
Thank you so much for visiting my blog. My only hope is that as you read this that it will inspire you to fly......
"Ask and you will receive. Seek and you will find: knock, and it will be opened to you." ~Matthew 7:7~ Such a powerful scripture, yet so many do not believe the power that it holds. You realize that God only asks us to trust, trust him and that our lives on on course for the adventure of our lives. But because of our lack of belief in Him and that scripture and lack of belief in ourselves, we limit how far we can go. I know for me that belief came at a most surprising time in my life, one where I was down on myself and my life....did not like the direction I was heading. And if that was not bad enough I continued to travel that way anyway until, almost out of no where until I was reading a book written by none other Anthony Robbins. There was a quote that said "Give me a lever long enough and a prop strong enough, I can single-handedly move the world." by Archimedes....I just remember thinking wow! and then went on to read where Anthony explained the greatest leverage we can create for ourselves comes from the pain deep inside...and the he wrote.."not outside...Knowing that you have failed to live up to your own standards for your life is the ultimate plan." (Anthony Robbins).
At that moment I knew I had a paradigm shift that would change the course of my life forever. We all have something that holds us back, whether it is fear or lack of confidence. But if you could throw all of that aside and just dive in...what would you do. Ponder that question a minute and when you discover the answer write it down and place it somewhere you can read it everyday. Keep a journal of how things are going and slowly you will begin to see change happening right before your eyes. Borrow God's confidence that he has for you, know that when you knock he will open that door...and if your not sure that is the door you should walk through, well ask he clearly to shut the doors that will not lead you to your destination.
"The beginning of a habit is like an invisible thread, but every time we repeat the act we strengthen the strand, add to it another filament, until it becomes a great cable and binds us irrevocably, thought and act." ~Orison Sett Marden~
Change your habits...be the person you want to see in the mirror. Practice everyday, keep a journal, remind yourself everyday until a new habit or belief is born. Set your sights high and know the confidence that He has for you and fly........
